  • Unused funds on your gift certificate remain active until used.
  • While you may use your gift certificate in our shop to pay for tours on the day of your visit, we highly recommend using your gift certificate to book in advance over the phone to make sure that you have a space reserved. The majority of our tours should always be booked in advance.
  • If purchasing for someone to use on our Segway Tours, please remember that riding Segways comes with special restrictions, which you can find here.
  • Your Gift Certificate expires 5 years from the purchase date.
  • Certificate may not be redeemed for cash and has no cash value.
