Yes, we are on city streets for the majority of the tour. For this reason we reccomend that all riders are confident enough with their biking skills that traffic will not be a problem. Also younger riders must have enough skill to follow in a single file line behind the guide so they are not in danger of veering into traffic.

  • Expand/Collapse Am I required to wear a helmet?

Yes. Your safety is top priority for us and studies have shown that helmets can reduce head injuries by at least 85%. Therefore, we do require all riders to wear helmets on our tours.

French Quarter & Garden District Bike Tour Reviews

FRENCH QUARTER & GARDEN DISTRICT BIKE TOUR is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Ultimate Tour The bike tour was the best and only way to tour the Downtown New Orleans area. By easing thru traffic and traveling past the many historic sights on bike without dealing with crowds or congestion was a relaxing and fact filled adventure. Thanks to our jazz pianist by night and bike tour guide by day Jeremy, we not only got the cultural and architectural history of New Orleans but the complete history of Jazz. What we saw and heard in the 3 1/2 hours on bike would have taken a week on foot. I highly recommend this tour for those who want to see the city without having to sit or stand all day. We plan to do this trip again the next time we return to New Orleans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful ride My tour guide Chad was exceptional. I learned a tremendous amount about the city of New Orleans. I seriously had a really great ride. Everyone that worked there was super friendly. While on the ride if there was any bumps or spots that looked concerning he was quick to point out. The bike was very comfortable. Great experience. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from See so much of the city! My boyfriend and I booked this tour - it was our first time in NOLA and we were just there for the weekend - and we HIGHLY recommend it! We covered so much ground and so much history in the 3.5hrs of the tour. So much better than just walking around exploring aimlessly or a slower and shorter walking tour.
