New Orleans Evening Segway Tour Reviews

NEW ORLEANS EVENING SEGWAY TOUR is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 66.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Evening Tour The office staff were very helpful and friendly. The guide was very knowledgeable about New Orleans history. We are not night-life people, so the Segway is a great way to see this area of New Orleans. Parking is quite an expense so figure that in to your tour cost. The roads in the French Quarters are very rough and the evening tour made the ride a little less smooth not being able to see the streets at night. Sightseeing the last part of the tour was very limited due to limited light and we missed all the beautiful homes on St. Charles street as well as most of the river due to darkness. We would do a daytime tour next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO much FUN! We arrived to a delightful and fun staff awaiting us! They were very timely with paperwork and the check in process. We had Steve for our guide and he was awesome! They have you watch a helpful video then put you on a Segway for a quick training spin around the office. We had a group of 7 which we thought was the perfect size. We took the 2 hour evening tour and it was just the right amount of time. Lots of great history given as part of the tour. Getting to see the French Quarter on Segway rather than on foot is the way to go! I wish the guide would have offered to snap a pic of our group for a fun photo op.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Orleans Segway Tours Wonderful experience! The liability warnings at the beginning of the process were professionally delivered and there was ample practice on the Segways to ensure a safe, fun, and informative time. The Guide was well informed on current and historical information. They also took us along the smoothest paths or provided the best passage on New Orleans streets - a difficult task given the condition of some of the streets. So great was the experience that we will seek out other Segway Tours in New Orleans and / or other cities. Many, Many, Many Thanx!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from History, Exercise and most of all FUN! We took the Segway tour because our 14 year old son has been dying to drive a Segway since he could walk. It turned out to be everything he wanted, plus a great time for us and his 19-year-old sister. We were able to learn new things about the history of the French Quarter and New Orleans, get a bit of celebrity gossip and just have a great time rolling through the downtown. I loved seeing Louis Armstrong park and the evening tour meant we started in daylight and ended at the Mississippi at dark. Perfect. Thanks to Steve our guide.
