Ask anyone about the best things to do in New Orleans, and "eat" is bound to be part of their recommendations. And we agree - a visit to the Big Easy is simply incomplete without tasting the local cuisine that makes New Orleans such a popular destination for foodies and travelers.

Your local tour guide will lead you to six of our favorite local haunts for true New Orleans cuisine, from hole in the wall hidden gems to a buzzing brewery. Perfect for those with a short amount of time in town wanting to see the city without missing out on great food, or for anyone looking for a fun way to spend a few hours, this tour has it all! The cost of all tastings are included in the price of the tour so all you have to do is show up hungry! You'll enjoy authentic gumbo, the famous muffuletta sandwich, sugary beignets, pralines, Cajun-style sausage, and locally brewed beer to wash it all down.

Our route takes advantage of streets with bike lanes as much as possible but there are times we will need to share the road with other vehicles. For this reason we recommend that all riders are confident enough with their biking skills that traffic will not be a problem. Also younger riders must have enough skill to follow in a single file line behind the guide so they are not in danger of veering into traffic.

Yes. Your safety is top priority for us and studies have shown that helmets can reduce head injuries by at least 85%. Therefore, we do require all riders to wear helmets on our tours.
