If possible, please let us know if you would like one of our tandems, trailers, baby seats, or child bikes in advance that you'd like to reserve either a child seat or trailer.

Our tours operate rain or shine. We have ponchos available in our office for use should unexpected rain develop.

  • Expand/Collapse Do we ride on the streets or on the sidewalks?

Yes, we are on city streets for the majority of the tour. Our route takes advantage of streets with bike lanes as much as possible but there are times we will need to share the road with other vehicles. For this reason we reccomend that all riders are confident enough with their biking skills that traffic will not be a problem. Also younger riders must have enough skill to follow in a single file line behind the guide so they are not in danger of veering into traffic.

  • Expand/Collapse Am I required to wear a helmet?

Yes. Your safety is top priority for us and studies have shown that helmets can reduce head injuries by at least 85%. Therefore, we do require all riders to wear helmets on our tours.
