What is your refund policy?
Reservations for City Segway Tours - New Orleans require a 100% deposit paid in advance. This deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 3 days (72 hours) or more prior to the scheduled tour. The deposit will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, missed train, missed plane, overslept...) within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.
